Field tools for the on-site IT tech
Do the closet math. Write the site down.
Subnets, VLAN address plans, PoE power budgets, copy times and RAID space, worked out by the published rules. Then a private Site Book for each client network that checks itself for duplicate IPs, stray devices and overlapping subnets.
Free tools, no account, no email. IT Field Kit Plus $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, free during preview.

A record of every site that checks itself
Checks itself
A Site Book flags a device outside every subnet, the same IP or MAC twice, a device on a network or broadcast address, overlapping subnets and a gateway outside its subnet.
Paste from a spreadsheet
One line per subnet or device, columns separated by commas or tabs. Copy a column block out of your old spreadsheet and paste it in.
Not a password vault
Site Books refuse text that looks like a password, on purpose. Credentials belong in a password manager.
- CHK 1Device outside every subnet
- CHK 2Same IP twice
- CHK 3Same MAC twice
- CHK 4Device on a network or broadcast address
- CHK 5Overlapping subnets
- CHK 6VLAN used twice
- CHK 7Gateway outside its subnet
